- Supervision
- PCK provides technical support by phone or e-mail 24/7/365 in both data centers.
- Network Operations Center(NOC) means 24/7/365 technical staff presence at the site; specialized personnel for energy, engineering and ICT. Monitoring of the complex is done through the SCADA system.
- Staff for support and maintenance – “Hands-on-site”
- professional staff for support and maintenance ( hands-on-site ), is comprised of experts in all shifts that provide services to support and maintenance as contractually defined.
- This staff is competent to provide quality support services: communication with customers, work with the infrastructure and knowledge of the legal and regulatory regulations.
- System Maintenance
- System Maintenance includes conducting ongoing monitoring of all system components, and the collection and analysis of data on system performance. In addition to the above,constan testings of all complex components are done and teams are trained to effectively manage the system.
- Method of declaring problems
- User must report every interference in the work immediately to the authorised department of PCK so that interference could be eliminated as soon as possible.
- valid registration document for reporting technical interference is an e-mail sent by responsible person to noc@pck.hr , or in an emergency a phone call to the NOC service number – 01/5500-850.
